Mon–Thurs 07:00–17:00 | Fri 07:00–14:00 (Early Finish Every Friday)
We are working with a well-established and growing fabrication business in Leicester who are looking to add an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to their workshop team on a permanent basis.
This is proper heavy-gauge structural work — solid steel, strong builds, and hands-on fabrication. If you’re confident reading drawings and fabricating from scratch, this is a role where your skills will genuinely be valued.
The Role

MIG welding heavy gauge structural steel

Fabricating components directly from engineering drawings

Building jobs from start to finish — not just tack and pass

Working to high quality standards and tight tolerances

Meeting production targets without compromising workmanship

This is a workshop-based role with consistent hours and long-term stability.

Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
