Summary
To lead the youth ministry, providing spiritual oversight, discipleship, and pastoral care for young people as they grow in Christian faith.
Main Duties
• Lead youth worship, Bible teaching, and prayer gatherings
• Provide mentoring and pastoral support to young people
• Organise discipleship activities, events and retreats
• Teach biblical principles relevant to youth
• Encourage youth involvement in church life and outreach
Person Specification
• Ordained, licensed, or recognised Pentecostal youth minister
• Experience in youth ministry and pastoral care
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and spiritual development
