About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to support our growing customer base across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of salt saturation and brine production systems, supplying bespoke equipment to a wide range of clients.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and travelling across a wide geographical area.

Service Area

You will be based in the East Anglia/ Southeast region, covering:
Northampton to Norwich
Cambridge (M11 Corridor) to Ipswich and Southend
M23, M20 and the Southeast coast

You must be comfortable travelling extensively and staying away from home when required.

Key responsibilities:

Install brine stations at customer sites across the UK.
Install Brine station control units onto UK-manufactured GRP tanks.
Conduct repairs, servicing, and maintenance of brine stations across England and Scotland.
Complete annual decommissioning and recommissioning of brine stations.
Provide customer training and maintain strong client relationships.
Always represent the company professionally.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential: Strong practical skills and confidence working independently
willingness to travel and stay away during the week, including occasional weekends or busy seasonal periods.
• Proven experience in construction, plumbing, electronics, or electrical engineering
• Excellent electrical fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Full, clean Irish/EU/UK driving licence.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Basic understanding of IT systems
• High standards of client care and professionalism

Desirable:
• Third-level qualification in fitting, engineering, or a related discipline
• Demonstrable field-based engineering experience

Additional Information

This role is primarily based in the East/Southeast of the UK.
