We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Geospatial Analyst to join our team. This role involves producing accurate, high-quality CAD and geospatial deliverables derived from survey and spatial data, in accordance with client specifications, industry standards, and internal quality assurance procedures. You will independently complete assigned work packages, applying established workflows and standards, contributing to quality assurance through checking and feedback, and working collaboratively with project teams. The Geospatial Data Analyst also supports the development of junior colleagues while continuing to build their own technical capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create CAD drawing to industry standards.
- Ensure all CAD checks have been completed in accordance with company quality assurance standards & client requirements.
- Seek clarification when needed from project lead regarding specification or client requirements.
- Maintain good communications with Team Members & Project Managers to ensure problems are resolved & ensure lean workflows are maintained.
- Be adaptable and able to change priorities to meet current deadlines.
- Take ownership of problems as they occur, seeking advice when unsure.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new workflows and software.
- Identify & report equipment & software faults promptly through project managers & IT Support channels.
- Keep regular work progress communication and ensure full understanding of work requirements, seeking support when needed.
- Meet agreed deadlines for completion of assigned work, escalating issues and potential timeline delays.
- Receive & understands project feedback, taking appropriate notes on how to actively improve work standards.
- Assist in training & further development of Junior Geospatial Analysts.
- Ensure provided QA forms are filled & up to date.
- Support marketing department with marketing content.
- Complete timesheets and daily reports accurately and in a timely manner.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

- Experience delivering geospatial and CAD outputs independently
- Experience interpreting and applying complex client and project specifications
- Experience reviewing, checking and approving technical deliverables
- Advanced CAD data extraction, modelling and QA skills
- Knowledge of geospatial data
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or equivalent)
- Experience applying client and project specific CAD standards and templates
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to process and interpret survey or point cloud data with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
