Crynodeb
- Provide face to face consultations and prescribe for allocated patients, and prescribing support for other clinicians in CIPPRD- Provide medication optimisation support and monitoring both autonomously and jointly with other clinicians in the MDT- To liaise with local and national pharmacy teams to facilitate procurement and supply of psychotropic medications including off-licence and unlicensed medicines- To develop and monitor medication monitoring protocols with the wider MDT in CIPPRD.
