TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive SEN setting in Reading for an experienced and committed Key Stage 2/KS2 Primary Teacher.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher with sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs who is confident delivering personalised and structured learning to pupils with additional needs. The successful Key Stage 2/KS2 Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering differentiated lessons, adapting the curriculum, and ensuring that all pupils are supported both academically and emotionally.
You will work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals to implement EHCPs, monitor progress, and maintain a consistent and nurturing classroom environment. A strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties is essential.

The ideal Key Stage 2/KS2 Primary Teacher will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong, practical knowledge of SEN within a primary setting
• Experience implementing EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
