Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Surrey or Kent office base, with site attendance and WFH flexibility
Salary & Package: £60,000 + company car, 25 days holiday, laptop & phone
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial air conditioning projects typically ranging from £300k–£500k in value. Projects will primarily involve VRV/VRF systems, splits and multi-splits across a variety of commercial environments.
This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who can manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high technical standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery from handover to completion.
- Manage commercial HVAC installations including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, labour plans and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Lead site meetings and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience managing commercial HVAC installation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant health & safety knowledge desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
