What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the Learning Support department, setting the vision and daily agenda
• Coordinating robust SEND assessment and targeted provision across the school
• Line managing and coaching LSAs, TAs, and specialist staff to deliver inclusive classroom practice
• Shaping whole-school strategy and championing pupil voice at every turn
• Collaborating with senior leadership, parents, external agencies, and governors
• Designing CPD and leading INSET on SEND and inclusion for all staff
