Link3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust and a number of mainstream primary schools to recruit enthusiastic and committed Supply Class Teachers for short- and long-term roles starting after February half term.

These roles involve full class responsibility, including planning, preparation, and assessment, and offer the chance to make a real impact while maintaining flexibility.

    The Role

    As a Supply Class Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across the primary age range, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high expectations for all pupils. You will plan and prepare engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum and each school’s policies.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons tailored to pupils’ needs


    • Take full responsibility for the class, including behaviour management


    • Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress


    • Adapt teaching to suit a range of abilities and learning styles


    • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment


    • Work collaboratively with school staff and follow school procedures


    • Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times


      The Ideal Candidate Will Have
      • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


      • Experience teaching in a mainstream primary setting


      • Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons


      • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills


      • A flexible, professional, and reliable approach


      • A genuine passion for education and making a difference
