Link3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust and a number of mainstream primary schools to recruit confident and adaptable PPA Cover Teachers for short- and long-term supply roles starting after February half term.
This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and are confident delivering high-quality lessons across multiple year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during PPA cover.

The RoleAs a PPA Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils continue to meet their learning objectives in the absence of their class teacher. You will maintain high standards of teaching, behaviour, and engagement while adapting quickly to different classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons across different year groups

Confidently move between classes and adapt to varying learning needs

Ensure pupils achieve the intended learning objectives for each lesson

Maintain positive behaviour and a productive learning environment

Follow school policies and procedures consistently

Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil engagement and progress

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching across the primary age range
-
Confidence to teach different year groups on a regular basis

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

The ability to deliver lessons effectively with minimal preparation

A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
