- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your students at all times, adhering to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- A relevant qualification in teaching, learning support, or a related field, with experience working with SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A deep understanding of special educational needs and the strategies and interventions required to support student progress
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with diverse learning styles and needs
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching methods and legislation

In return, our client offers a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for further training and career progression. You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team, committed to providing the best possible education for all our students.
