We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a school that provides a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment. Pupils benefit from clear routines, consistent expectations, and strong, supportive relationships that help them build emotional regulation, confidence, and engagement with learning.
Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils feel safe, valued, and ready to succeed. Leadership places a strong emphasis on supporting and valuing support staff, creating a positive and well-equipped working environment.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
