Join Long Term Futures (LTF) in supporting a nurturing specialist provision in Chesterfield (S41) within a Multi Academy Trust. We work with children aged 7-11, many with complex needs such as autism, SEMH, and communication or sensory processing difficulties, all holding an EHCP.
This role focuses on Secondary Education supporting pupils to engage with learning and develop their full potential. We are seeking dedicated STLA to become part of our supportive team. At this school, our aim is to re-engage learners with education and help them reach their full potential.

About the Role
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Support pupils' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans.
- Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies.
About You
- Your DBS must be on the update system
- You must have a driving license
- If success you must be ready to start work ASAP
- Experience in SEN settings, alternative provision, PRUs, or youth support roles
- Strong behaviour management skills and emotional resilience
- A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
