M&M Supply is seeking confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step and make a significant impact in the classroom.
The Role
As an HLTA, you will take on a more advanced classroom role, delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting pupils' progress, and assisting teachers with planning and assessment. You will work with whole classes, small groups, and individual pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities
