Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Day Shifts
The home provides dementia, palliative, and respite care and holds a Good CQC rating. As a nurse you will be involved in assessments, medication, and care planning.
Before You Apply
- Recent experience working as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home is required.
- Applicants must hold active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Tier 2 sponsorship IS NOT available for this role.

What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN
- Experience working in a nursing home
- Confidence managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, consistent nursing care during day shifts
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans
- Administer medication and treatments in line with policies
- Monitor residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain clear documentation and shift handovers
- Work closely with care staff and senior clinicians
