Key Responsibilities You will: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan. Diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems. Prescribe and review medications safely and appropriately within your prescribing qualification. Order, interpret and act on diagnostic tests (e.g., pathology, ECGs, spirometry). Provide same-day and planned clinics for chronic disease management, minor illnesses and health promotion. Support chronic disease registers and practice targets where applicable. Deliver opportunistic health promotion and preventative care advice. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to practice governance standards.
