A well-established organisation is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, supportive environment where your contribution directly supports nationwide operations.
Your new role
As Fleet Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing vehicle logistics and supporting drivers across the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and de-fleets
- Managing fuel cards, toll systems, and mileage capture
- Handling short/medium-term vehicle hire
- Maintaining accurate fleet records
- Supporting drivers with queries and ensuring compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in fleet administration or transport administration (ideally with large fleets)
- Knowledge of MOTs, servicing, and fleet legislation would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidence with numbers and attention to detail
