The Role
As a Graduate HR Assistant, you will support the school’s HR and senior leadership teams with the smooth and effective running of the HR function. You will gain broad exposure to HR processes in a busy secondary school setting and play a key role in supporting staff across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and preparing documentation.
• Assisting with pre-employment checks, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records and HR databases.
• Supporting staff onboarding, inductions and contractual administration.
• Assisting with absence monitoring and general HR reporting.
• Acting as a professional first point of contact for HR-related enquiries.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
The Ideal Candidate
