Summary

School HR Manager – School Support Role (Wembley)

Location: Wembley
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

A school based in Wembley is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership and support team on a temp to perm basis, due to an urgent requirement.

This is a high-impact role supporting staff across the school and ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient and people-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day HR operations within a school setting

  
  

• Advising senior leaders on HR and employee relations matters

  
  

• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and staff lifecycle processes

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with employment law and safeguarding standards

  
  

• Supporting policy development and HR best practice

  
  The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional

    
    

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law

    
    

  • Education or public sector experience is highly desirable

    
    

  • Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure
