ROLE TITLE: Junior Project Manager
LOCATION: Leicester, London or Manchester
The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
We are actively looking to secure a Junior Project Manager to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:
Within this role, you will be supporting Senior Project Managers in coordinating and delivering interrelated projects within a programme environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Project Managers in coordinating and delivering a series of interrelated projects within a broader programme framework.
- Assist with project planning activities, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and maintaining visibility of key deliverables.
- Help manage project dependencies to ensure alignment with programme objectives and prevent delays or conflicts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and consistent delivery across project workstreams.
- Contribute to stakeholder communication by preparing updates, supporting meetings, and ensuring key messages are shared effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, governance materials, and reporting to support programme oversight and decision‑making.
Your Skills:
- Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years' residency
- In‑depth knowledge of programme management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience managing multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and benefits realisation
- Public sector experience, with an understanding of government environments, governance, and delivery expectations
