Non-Clinical Duties To provide medical leadership in R&AH team To participate in supervision with line manager to further develop knowledge, skills and career. Take part in CPD in the ring-fenced time in timetable and be in good standing for CPD with the Royal College of Psychiatrists. The post holder will be encouraged to join a local peer Personal Development Plan group to allow peer to peer supervision. Remain up to date with mandatory training. Attend and participate in the academic programme of the Trust, including lectures and seminars as part of the internal CPD programme. Participate annually in a job plan review with the clinical manager, which will include consultation with a relevant manager to ensure that the post is developed to consider changes in service configuration and delivery associated with modernisation. Participate in annual appraisal and maintain revalidation. To maintain professional registration with the General Medical Council. To contribute to the development of the service in conjunction with other Team members. This will necessitate excellent influencing and joint working skills. To participate in audit, service development and evaluation in collaboration with the Bolton Governance Team, and the Trusts Research and Development Team. Comply with the Trusts agreed policies, procedures, standing orders and financial instructions.
