Crynodeb
To develop their skills in simulation and medical education Teaching on simulation and clinical skills Programme, especially with multidisciplinary, in situ training To develop, implement and deliver innovative simulation training & courses, at course director level Be able to develop own teaching materials and gain experience in the obtaining funding for training and equipment Be provided with an opportunity to gain an educational qualification to the level of certificate or above To liaise with The Medical School, Foundation School, relevant Specialty Schools and other key stakeholders (e.g. Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy) to optimize co- operation and the use of existing resources To participate in educational research (e.g. simulation training & transferable skills), management and educational governance (e.g. participation in Simulation Strategy Group meetings) Participation in Medical Education Committee meetings
