Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), ensuring quality, environmental and H&S compliance across the Practice.
• Act as the Practice’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), overseeing GDPR compliance, DPIAs, DSAs and secure data handling via our GDPR portal.
• Maintain and update FFT policy documentation, ensuring alignment with legislation and organisational requirements.
• Lead internal auditing activities and coordinate annual external audits, including BSI assessments.
• Support environmental initiatives, including carbon reduction planning, monitoring energy usage and maintaining statutory environmental evidence.
• Provide training and guidance on ISO systems, GDPR processes and induction for new staff.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to improve system adherence, digital file management and overall compliance performance.

Skills and Experience

• Strong working knowledge of GDPR and DPO duties
• Experience managing Integrated Management Systems
• Prior experience managing business support systems and conducting external or internal audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
