Long term Learning Support Assistant (LSA) position to start as soon as possible, full time Monday to Friday.
This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract with school after 12 weeks.
The school has provision for pupils aged 5-11 years old who have an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) that reflects their social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, you will be fully committed to the wellbeing of every child, supporting their individual needs, helping them to overcome challenges, to engage in learning, and enjoy the school day.
Experience working within a SEND setting, including with children who have complex needs, would be valuable. However, above all, we are seeking individuals who bring compassion, patience, and empathy, alongside a commitment to ongoing reflection and professional growth.
This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, driven, and deeply motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with SEND.
