What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the Physics department in delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons
• Providing individual and small-group support to students, including high achievers and those needing additional guidance
• Assisting teachers with laboratory experiments, lesson preparation, and resource management
• Running science intervention groups and energising science clubs to ignite student interest
• Collaborating with SENCO, teachers, and external experts to nurture inclusive learning
• Monitoring student progress and contributing to data-driven intervention planning
