Your new opportunity
Quarriers is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our Adult Supported Living service in Quarriers Village (Phase 2). This is a well‑established service supporting four men in their own individual flats within the same building.
The people we support have a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, epilepsy, and declining mobility. Our role is to provide compassionate, person‑centred support that enables them to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and live meaningful lives.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the service, working closely with the Deputy Project Manager & Team Leaders to ensure high‑quality, consistent support is delivered.
Working Pattern: This is a permanent, full‑time role (39 hours per week), with time split between direct support and administrative responsibilities. The service provides 24/7 support, tailored to individual needs. It is essential that you are able to work a variety of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, sleepovers and weekend working, on a rota basis in line with service needs.
