Summary
We are delighted to offer 2 permanent Finance Business Partner opportunities within the Financial Management Team. These roles are key in providing financial and business support to Senior management with clinical or corporate networks, helping to shape decisions that deliver high-quality care across the Trust.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
• Be responsible to produce accurate and timely monthly financial reports.
• Provide expert business and financial management advice, demonstrating autonomy and good judgment.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders across the organisation in a business partner model to triangulate impact in changes in service delivery that is wider than finance.
• Deliver engaging finance training for non-finance colleagues, promoting financial awareness and capability throughout the organisation.
We are seeking highly motivated professionals who:
• Are CCAB qualified with a good understanding of financial management principles.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Have experience in demonstrating excellent communication and leadership qualities.
