Summary of role purpose: |
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Department of Professional Practice – Audit (DPP Audit) capability at Senior Manager level. We are a dynamic team of passionate and highly skilled professionals, working hard to support our audit teams in the field to get things right first time. You will work closely with the Director in the team as well as colleagues across the Audit Practice and the firm. You will be accountable for supervising the work of colleagues (potentially at both junior and senior level). You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

We are looking for passionate people who understand the importance of creating processes and policies that make life easier for our Audit colleagues but also remain compliant to external and internal regulation as we embark on our learning transformation journey and beyond. You will lead the operational process and delivery elements, working closely with your immediate team and a range of stakeholders and partners across the firm, to plan, draft, deliver and measure the learning experience for multiple internal audiences. The outcome of your work will support the rebrand of the way auditors learn at KPMG and embed a culture of “learning for a lifetime”.
