ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Join the dynamic Lloyds Bank Intelligent Automation team as a BluePrism Robotics Developer, where you'll design, develop, and implement automated solutions using BluePrism and associated technologies, such as Power Apps and Power Automate. You'll collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, create functional automated solutions, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure business rules are properly captured. Your role includes participating in working groups, demoing automated solutions, producing reports, governance documents and dashboards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Day to day, you will:

  • Lead solution and process design activities, ensuring proper review and approval. Collaborate with Business collaborators and SMEs to complete process mapping and future state design.

  • Configure processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured and maintainable, in line with the RPA Delivery Framework.

  • Assist with business assessment of change impacts for aligned projects, following standard RPA change control practices.

  • Work within project planning constraints, communicating or advancing any identified project risks.

  • Build detailed, technical documents to support design and delivery.

  • Diagnose, raise and resolve issues impacting robotic performance and automation.

  • You will also be expected to take a proactive leadership role within the team - offering guidance, coaching and technical support to colleagues, contributing to peer reviews, and helping ensure consistent development standards across the squad.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Demonstrated experience as a BluePrism RPA Developer with BluePrism Developer accreditations (minimum developer level) or relevant alternative automation experience.

  • Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Experience in creating detailed, high-quality technical documents and process maps.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging stakeholders to deliver well-documented solutions.

  • Additionally, the ability to provide informal leadership - such as mentoring less‑experienced developers, supporting collaborative learning, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement will be highly valued.
