Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting children during their most important developmental years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, child-led activities
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and building positive relationships with families
We're looking for someone who brings both qualification and passion:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A sound understanding of the EYFS
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
