Behaviour Mentor (Male) - Islington
We are working with a supportive school in Islington who are seeking a Male Behaviour Mentor to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
This role is ideal for someone confident, resilient and passionate about supporting young people to engage positively with their education and manage their behaviour effectively.
The role:

Providing 1:1 and small-group behaviour support

Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

Acting as a positive male role model within the school environment

The ideal candidate:

Has experience working with challenging behaviour, SEMH or SEN
