Job Title: SEN Lecturer (SLDD / Thematic Sensory Curriculum)
Location: Isleworth, TW7 4HS
Salary: £40 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (Wed, Thurs, Fri)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Lecturer to deliver a Thematic Sensory Curriculum for students aged 16-19 with Specific Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (SLDD). The role focuses on promoting personal and social development through sensory-based learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach using sensory-rich, thematic lessons to support personal and social development.

  • Tailor teaching to meet individual needs, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction.

  • Track student progress and collaborate with support staff to ensure holistic development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Special Education) or a teaching qualification.

  • Proven experience working with SLDD students and sensory integration.

  • Experience in personal/social development for students aged 16-19.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of sensory learning strategies and working with students with complex needs (e.g., ASD).

  • Creative, patient, and passionate about supporting young people's growth.

Salary: £40 per hour
