Job Title: SEN Lecturer (SLDD / Thematic Sensory Curriculum)
Location: Isleworth, TW7 4HS
Salary: £40 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (Wed, Thurs, Fri)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Lecturer to deliver a Thematic Sensory Curriculum for students aged 16-19 with Specific Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (SLDD). The role focuses on promoting personal and social development through sensory-based learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach using sensory-rich, thematic lessons to support personal and social development.

Tailor teaching to meet individual needs, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction.

Track student progress and collaborate with support staff to ensure holistic development.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Special Education) or a teaching qualification.

Proven experience working with SLDD students and sensory integration.

Experience in personal/social development for students aged 16-19.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong understanding of sensory learning strategies and working with students with complex needs (e.g., ASD).
