Complaints Officer & Executive Assistant - Maternity Cover (12 months)

up to £31,425 p.a
A large London-based charity supporting young people and communities through housing, well being and youth services is recruiting a highly organised and confident Complaints Officer & Executive Assistant to cover maternity leave.
This pivotal role sits at the heart of operations, supporting the Senior Operations Team while leading the organisation-wide complaints process in line with regulatory standards. You will liaise with external bodies, produce performance reports, coordinate training workshops, and embed learning from customer feedback. Alongside this, you will provide senior level EA support including diary management, governance meetings, minute-taking, events coordination and stakeholder communications.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience as a PA/EA supporting senior leaders
- Formal complaints-handling experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with sensitive and confidential matters
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
