Our school is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals with evidence of consistently ‘good’ or better teaching to
join our Science team. Whether an ECT or experienced teacher, you will be enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic, you will have
the tenacity and drive to improve outcomes for all our students and help everyone achieve their potential. Work with us and you
will be part of a welcoming and motivated team. We are committed to giving you the very best opportunities to develop in your
career and will give you extensive support in your role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science across ability levels, preparing
students for GCSE success. Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential, as many of our

starting their career in the best possible way. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day a

●The resources and facilities to continue to improve students’ progress;

●The ability to complete a NPQ through the Trust (TKAT)

●Opportunities to further develop your Leadership Skills

●Employee Assistance Programme - free and confidential advice on a variety of subjects ranging from physical and mental health to
financial help
