Key responsibilities -:
The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic welfare facilities for site operatives, in line with health & safety and site welfare standards.
Cleaning and maintaining site welfare areas, including:
• Toilets and washrooms
• Canteens and kitchen areas
• Drying rooms and rest areas
• Offices, cabins, and site facilities
• Replenishing consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet roll, etc.)
• Ensuring welfare areas meet site hygiene and H&S requirements
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Following site rules, risk assessments, and method statements
Skills
• This is an active, physical role involving walking, standing, bending, and manual cleaning tasks.
• Legal Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
• Own transport required due to multiple site locations (desirable, as you may need to use public transport, if no lift available from pickup point)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
Qualifications
• Valid CSCS Labourer Green Card (Essential)
