What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are invited from motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals to co-ordinate and manage a team of before and after-school child care playworkers. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning creative play opportunities and carrying out day-to-day administration.
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is required (preferably in Child Care).
A sound knowledge of the developmental needs of children and good interpersonal skills with adults and children are essential. Computer literacy and a keen attention to detail, safety and security is a must.
Applicants for all posts should be sympathetic to the Christian aims of the academy.
