What You’ll Need
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience in a care home management role
- Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and inspection processes
- Experience in elderly care, including dementia care
- Confidence making operational, staffing, and clinical decisions
- History of good or outstanding CQC outcomes
What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the care home
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop nursing and care staff, including rotas and supervision
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care for elderly and dementia residents
- Work directly on the floor during a weekly Friday morning clinical shift
- Build and maintain effective relationships with families, professionals, and inspectors
