An established care provider is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 30 Bed Nursing care service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Home Manager Role Overview
• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home
• Lead, support and develop a team of Nurses and Carers
• Ensure residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Maintain compliance, accurate records and safe practice
• Promote dignity, independence and choice
