Crynodeb
Drive the philosophy of continuous improvement across the organisation, ensuring that the concept of Quality Improvement (QI) and our Continuous Improvement approach is clearly articulated and understood. Lead operational and corporate staff, building continuous improvement capacity including delivery of organisation wide QI projects, working effectively and collaboratively with all levels of the organisation and acting as the QI subject matter expert for the organisation. Use a data driven approach to understand how capable processes are in delivering their aims and objectives and use this to enable improvement and effective decision making. Ensure that colleagues are empowered with the skills, knowledge and understanding of QI methodologies to feel confident to implement change including delivery of formal QI training to guide colleagues to utilise the DMAIC process and other QI tools effectively Motivate and engage colleagues across the organisation to engage with and utilise a continuous improvement approach.
