Summary
We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support services working in partnership with Hampshire County Council. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults within residential and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and daily living support
Supporting individuals with mobility, nutrition, and overall wellbeing
Promoting dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
Following individual care plans, internal policies, and council standards
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
Mandatory Training & Requirements
Candidates must hold (or be willing to complete) training in the following areas:
Administration of Medicine
Dementia
Equality & Diversity
Fire Safety
First Aid
Food Hygiene
Health & Safety
Housing
Infection Control
Manual Handling
Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
If you do not currently hold all required training, we can support you in completing this through a UK-recognised accredited training provider. Any mandatory training must be completed prior to placement and is payable by the candidate.
