Resource Coordinator Hospitality

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator join our Hospitality Department. This role involves supporting lecturers and students in the practical delivery of Hospitality.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, effective, and inspiring learning environment, ensuring that students receive the hands-on experience they need to excel within the Training Restaurant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-ordinate the operation of curriculum resources and the real working environments to ensure they are working in line with industry standards to:

  • Support the delivery of a high-quality learning experience.
  • Ensure the safe operation of curriculum resources/ real working environments
  • Act as a role model to learners to ensure the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding support to learners when working in their learning environment.
