Summary

Job description

Based in our residential unit which are spacious, 36 bed comfortable houses in elegant listed buildings, we offer a safe, friendly environment where are clients are encouraged to support each other.

We are looking for that special kind of person who can communicate well with people and is motivated to make a difference in people's lives providing emotional and psychosocial support.

Working on a rota basis the objective of this role is to enable clients to live safely and securely within BAC O’Connor Centre accommodation and to build, develop and utilise independent living skills in order to re-integrate back into the community.

The main duties include:

· Induct new clients into the BAC O'Connor Centre, providing them with the information they need when they join us.

· Complete the paperwork with the clients including care plans/risk assessments

· Ensure all processes are followed when a client is admitted.
