Join our welcoming team in providing essential home-based care services that make a real difference in people's lives.
Our mission is to deliver personalised, safe and dignified care to the community of Hereford.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality personal care and support to service users in their homes.
-Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
-Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns.
-Promote independence and dignity for all service users.
-Maintain accurate records of care provided.
-Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
-Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
-Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Previous experience in home care, nursing, or similar settings is preferred, but is not essential as full shadowing and training is provided.
-Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must have a means of transport. (Car, moped or bicycle).
-Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
-Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting when required.
-Must be available every other weekend.
Shift patterns available:
7am-2pm, 9am-2pm, 4pm-10pm

We pay travel time and fuel allowance at 50p per mile.
