Reflect is a specialist day service supporting people with complex care needs. As a day service we can offer family friendly hours (core hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday) in a beautiful orchard setting. You'll be working as part of a close knit team, with time to provide the kind of care and support that makes a true difference to people's lives.
Experience of supporting people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities either in a care or educational setting is desirable, but much more important is patience, a desire to nurture and a willingness to learn.
