Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

  • Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Overview:
An established aerospace engineering company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Labourer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based within a busy manufacturing environment and supports production and maintenance operations while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and well-organised.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out coolant (collant) checks and basic monitoring tasks

  • Assisting the maintenance team with day-to-day activities as required

  • General factory housekeeping, including tidying, cleaning, and maintaining work areas

  • Supporting production staff with manual tasks when needed

  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous factory, manufacturing, or labouring experience preferred but not essential

  • Driving License (occasional travel to other factories required)

  • Willingness to work in an aerospace engineering environment

  • Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual duties
