About the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our construction teams across Wiltshire. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
- Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
