We're looking for a Social Value Coordinator to join our Construction team based in Southampton.
Location: Southampton - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices as required.Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Social Value Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in planning, delivering, and reporting on social value activities across our construction projects. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure we create meaningful impact in the communities where we work, supporting our commitment to building a sustainable world.
What will you be responsible for?As a Social Value Coordinator, you'll be working within the Social Value team, supporting them in delivering positive community impact. Your day to day will include:
-Collecting, analysing and reporting on social value data from site teams and supply chain
-Creating engaging case studies and communications to showcase our social value initiatives
-Building relationships with stakeholders including site teams, community organisations and local partners
-Supporting the organisation and delivery of community engagement and volunteering activities
-Contributing to the delivery of our Building for a Sustainable World strategy
What are we looking for?This role of Social Value Coordinator is great for you if:
-You have worked in a Social Value role previously
-You have excellent data analysis and reporting skills with good attention to detail
-You're a natural communicator who can build relationships at all levels
-You're organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
-You're passionate about making a positive difference in communities
-You have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
