About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ANP, ACP, or Paramedic Practitioner to join a well-established GP in Newark. You will work autonomously to provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients across a wide range of presentations, supported by a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide same-day and routine clinical assessment for patients presenting with undifferentiated symptoms.
• Manage acute and long-term conditions, using evidence-based practice and independent clinical judgement.
• Undertake physical examinations, interpret investigations, and initiate treatment plans.
• Prescribe independently (if qualified) and follow safe prescribing protocols.
• Support chronic disease management and contribute to QOF and local enhanced services.
• Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and wider primary care colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using modern digital systems.
• Participate in clinical audits, learning events, and ongoing professional development.

Person Specification
Essential:
• Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Allied Health Professional
• MSc / Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practice qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Competent in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and autonomous decision-making
• Independent prescriber (V300) or working towards qualification
• Experience working in primary care, urgent care, or a comparable clinical environment
Desirable:
• Experience with long-term condition management
• Familiarity with primary care digital systems
• Interest in education, mentorship, or service improvement
