We require an employee who will have:
· Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills · A positive attitude and the ability to use your initiative · Flexibility and adaptability · Good literacy and numeracy skills and a passion for continued professional development
• Support the Catholic ethos of the school
• Be inspiring, enthusiastic and creative
• Have the ability to assist the teacher with a range of learning activities and support pupils in their learning, as directed
• Have the strongest desire to raise standards of achievement and have children at the heart of everything they do
• Have experience and knowledge of working with children with SEND
Hold the following qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
